What can I keep in Have?
Have is designed for important personal documents you want to retrieve quickly, such as IDs, insurance cards, registrations, medical records, home documents, family records and memberships.
Can I save both sides of a card?
Yes. A Have item can keep front and back images together, along with supported files such as PDFs.
Does Have read my documents?
Have can use on-device recognition to suggest useful document details. Suggestions should be reviewed before saving, and sensitive numbers are handled conservatively.
Does Have sync between devices?
Have can sync through your private iCloud app container when iCloud and CloudKit are available. Have does not require a separate account.
Why is a document not appearing on another device yet?
iCloud sync may take a moment after a new install or after adding larger attachments. Make sure both devices use the same Apple Account and have iCloud available, then keep Have open briefly.
How do expiration reminders work?
Add an expiration date to a document and allow notifications when prompted. You can choose whether the document name appears in reminder text.
How does App Lock work?
App Lock is optional and off by default. If you enable it, Have verifies device authentication first so you are less likely to lock yourself out.
