Have
Overview
Have is designed to keep your personal document library private. IMPLEMON LLC does not require you to create a Have account and does not operate a server that stores your Have document library.
Documents and attachments
Documents, images, PDFs, notes, categories, people associations and other content you add to Have are stored on your device and, when iCloud sync is available and enabled for the app, may sync through Apple’s private CloudKit infrastructure associated with your Apple Account.
Document recognition
Have may use Apple platform technologies on your device to recognize text and suggest document details. Document recognition is intended to assist entry and retrieval. You should review suggested information before relying on it.
iCloud
If iCloud is available, Have may use a private CloudKit container to sync app data between your devices. This data is governed by your Apple Account and Apple’s applicable iCloud terms and privacy practices. IMPLEMON does not provide a separate cloud account for Have.
Search and system integrations
If you enable system search integration, Have limits searchable metadata to information such as document titles, categories and people. Sensitive numbers, notes and document text are not intentionally exposed to system search.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Have may schedule local notifications for document expiration dates. You can control notification permission in iOS and can choose whether item names are shown in reminder text.
App Lock and privacy cover
Have can use device authentication when you choose to enable App Lock. Authentication is handled by Apple system frameworks. Have may also obscure app content in the app switcher to reduce unintended preview exposure.
Analytics, advertising and sale of data
Have does not use your document content for advertising and does not sell your personal document data. The app is not designed around behavioral advertising or document-content profiling.
Data deletion
You can delete individual items from Have. Removing the app or deleting synchronized data through your Apple devices or iCloud may affect copies stored through CloudKit. Because IMPLEMON does not maintain a separate Have account containing your document library, there is no separate IMPLEMON account deletion process for that library.
Children
Have is a general productivity utility and is not directed specifically to children. Adults may choose to keep documents associated with family members in their own library.
Changes
We may update this policy as Have changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
