What can I save in Norganizer?
Save notes, links, photos, files and the context that makes them useful later. Norganizer is meant for the things you want to find again, not for building a perfect filing system first.
How does search work?
Search looks through saved note titles and searchable text. On supported images and documents, Norganizer can read text on the device to make that content easier to find. Search results show where a match was found.
What are pockets?
Pockets are optional groups for notes. You can save first and add a pocket later. Pins and Recently opened help keep frequent notes close without moving everything into folders.
What does Use code do?
Use code fills placeholders in a saved command or snippet, then shows the exact result for you to copy. It does not run commands. The saved template stays unchanged.
Why is a note not appearing on another device yet?
When iCloud is available, Norganizer can sync through your private iCloud container. After adding a large attachment or setting up a new device, keep Norganizer open briefly and make sure both devices use the same Apple Account.
What happens if iCloud is unavailable?
Norganizer continues using its local shared library when iCloud is unavailable. It will not silently replace your library with a separate temporary one.
How does Norganizer Plus work?
Norganizer Plus is a one-time lifetime purchase. Restore Purchases checks your App Store purchase history. A temporary App Store connection problem does not remove a previously verified unlock.
What should I include in a support request?
Please include your device model, operating-system version, Norganizer version, what you expected, and what happened. For a startup freeze, say whether you see a spinning cursor or an in-app loading screen. Do not send private notes, files, screenshots, commands or credentials unless they are essential to reproduce the issue.
