Scope
This policy covers the Bittyhood v0.8 local development preview made by IMPLEMON LLC. It will be updated before online features or other data practices are introduced.
Information stored on your device
The app stores the avatar name and appearance you choose, a randomly generated local character identifier, story choices and memories, your courtyard name and arrangement, and local visit records and timestamps. These records make it possible to restore your character and the changes to the town after reopening the app.
No online town in this preview
The current build does not create an IMPLEMON account, upload courtyard records, or connect to other users. The second character is a local demonstration on the same device. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDK and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Device backups
iOS and your Apple Account settings may govern device backups. Bittyhood does not provide its own cloud synchronization in this preview. Apple handles its services under its own privacy practices.
Support
If you choose to email IMPLEMON, we receive your email address and the information you send. We use that information to respond to your question and investigate the reported issue. Do not include private information that is not necessary for support.
Deletion and future versions
Deleting the app removes its app-local records from that device, subject to any backups managed separately by you or Apple. The current preview does not have an online account to delete. If online visits are introduced, the privacy policy and in-app disclosures will explain what is shared and how it can be removed before that feature is made available.
Early-testing inquiries
The early-testing link opens your own email app. This website does not submit an application or collect an email address through a form. If you choose to send an inquiry, IMPLEMON receives your email address and the information you include, and uses it to respond to your inquiry. Sending an email does not enroll you in a newsletter or confirm a beta invitation. Please do not include another person’s contact details. You may use the same contact address to request deletion of your inquiry.
